One of a kind?

Not really, unless you can find that one eccentric buyer, or wait 30 years for an uncertain future collector's market.

Depends on *why* it's 1 of a kind.
The *only* 2019 C7 to have a factory installed dual supercharger? Valuable.
The *only* 2019 C7 to have a combination of factory installed red seats, orange exterior paint, chrome wheels, AND a stage 3 rear spoiler? Probably NOT valuable.
1 of a kind *combinations* of 4-6 ordinary trim options usually don't make a car valuable.
If you happen to get something like "the only 2018 red convertible with a manual trans" -- THEN we might be onto something.

Could mean not very popular to begin with in any case not worth anything more than a talking point in your lifetime.

One of a kind?
It is a 2015 coupe LT1 with the ZF1 Appearance Package, Night Race Blue, Gray interior, 7-speed manual, Performance Multi-mode exhaust, Red Calipers, Black Painted 19" and 20" wheels. Pretty generic I suppose.

Mine is close if not a oner. Just the way I ordered it and looking at production of my 1LT w/ color w/ options w/ wheels I chose.
I had it narrowed down to maybe 1 or 2 others like it but likely mine is a one of a kind. However, this only makes it special to me (and likely a "meh" to any other C7 owner).
If selling to a private party saying the car is a "oner", will likely make it a bit more appealing to someone interested in buying it, but adding value, not so much.

The only kind of "good" rare is "wanted" rare. So do the following:
a) Describe what makes the car rare
b) Do people really -want- that?
That's what determines value.
Example: 1968 L88 Convertible
a) L88
b) Yes
Example: Only Yellow C7 with a Grey Stinger and black wheels
a) Oddball color combo
b) Not really

Probably this
It's the rarity of the factory RPO that would make any Corvette stand out from the crowd! The ATI option also known as the Atlantic Edition, on a 2015 C7 should be one of them because only 17 were produced. And I would wager NO two are alike because of their other options. As stated before time will tell.

Given the number of options one-of-a-kind cars are fairly common. It just depends on how far you want to drill down to get there. There were only 273 LBR Stingray M7 verts made in 2017. OK, now how many 3LT Kalaharis? How many chrome wheels? How many with MRC? How many with R8C museum delivery? You can get to "one-of-a-kind" pretty easily if you do it that way.

Especially not valuable if it's one-of-a-kind due to bad taste of the orderer... unless he or she has an identical twin ;-)

That's what I thought too. It's not loaded down with a bunch of bling or options intended for a "one-of-a-kind". It's so simple I don't know why there isn't at least one more. Perhaps the ZF1 Appearance pkg, 7-speed, and Night Race Blue on an LT1 were all it took! Fun fact with no intended results or gains. Besides, at my age (74) there probably won't be any more "fun cars"! I'm keeping it for "the long haul"!
