Target production week TPW 1-1-2018
There are at least 6 forum members here with a TPW target production week of Jan 1st, 2018. I thought it would be interesting to compare notes, largely on colors and who gets theirs built with the new paint.

Arctic White Stingray 1LT, Gray Interior, M7 ordered through MacMulkin on 8/15/2017. Counting on getting the new paint shop since this was supposed to be the first color and they will have been already painting 2018s from plant reopening in November to 1 January

TPW 1/1/18 Admiral Blue GS Convertible, M7, 2LT with gray top and interior, black wheels, red calipers and hash marks, white stripe on hood.

I also just got a TPW of 01/01/18 on my Watkins Glen Gray GrandSport 3LT bought through MacMulkin, Was originally going to do the museum delivery but then had seconds thoughts about drive a new corvette across country with summer tires during the hart of winter so am having it delivered to a local dealer.

That run of 7 for 7 manuals bucks mathematical probability so I would say that there was something behind it such as a recent allocation sweep and/or constraint for manual transmission equipped orders.

Although, at the reduced production rate of 12/per hr, that is still about 100 cars per day. I am sure there are still alot of A8's in there too.

Another A8 here...was back and forth but daily driving through Southern California with a manual for the last 5 years around drivers on their cell phones, decided to focus on only having to steer
