I'm still working on getting a shop to do an alignment without cracking my wheel.

I've found most of the service writers are ok and try to help, once in the back, it's not always pleasant. Sure be nice to know the tech.

I remember back when the service writers knew as much or more than the mechanics. Not now!

I read some of the post and no, all dealers don't suck. I found a dealer in Rio Vista Ca., Abel Chevrolet that dose not suck. As a matter of fact, they are the most honest dealer I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. They have been selling Chevys for about 80 years. they have never marked up a new Corvette like most dealers do. Just wish I found them many many years ago.

I was at my dealer for an oil change and new wipers. No issues. They are increasing their Corvette sales volume so it would be to their advantage to get it right the first time. There was a Carbon 65 parked in front of mine for service, so I guess Schumacher in Little Falls NJ is getting it right.
