My favorite was the photo of the back side of the black 1963 SRW coupe. A runner-up is the front-end shot of the burgundy-colored 1968 or 1969.

Thanks for the effort you put in to share these pictures with us!!

That Will Cooksy burnout picture from Carlisle is a classic.

Wouldn't it be something if the mid-engine mule was actually a Tesla rival electric Corvette?
I was wondering if someone was going to catch that...I already have a deposit from a NJ customer for an electric Corvette...his speculation not mine.

40th year selling America's #1 Sports Car. That still blows my mind!

And to think how many dreams you've made come true and the people you have met are the big reasons I'm sure why you have done it so long.

I certainly have fun as do my customers. I want to make it like no other buying experience...along with it being a seamless transaction. Many customers toss a coin whether to take Corvette Museum delivery or to come to Criswell and take delivery in person. Huge compliment for sure.

Glad it did as the NJ Bagels are an important part of the deal!

Mike:

Your Corvette production cheat sheet dates really nailed it! So noted on the 2018 calendar.

Yes, indeed, that pic of the silver C6 ZO6 with the shredded rear tire and punctured rear fender was “performed” by former Bowling Green Corvette Plant Manager Will Cooksey at Carlisle.

And Mike sold a new C7 ZO6 about a year ago to a guy who proceeded to convert it to electric for a run at the land speed record in it’s class.

Once repaired I traded it in for a '67 Olds 442. By then I was 24. Nice but not the same thrills.

Furman in his early years, after a stellar career wrestling at the University of Maryland, was also known nationally for his 442 show cars that he personally restored and sold. One was so rare and in such pristine condition that it crossed the block and was sold at Barrett Jackson.
