Default Need help with exhaust system issue

1000 and 2500 rpm. Minimal to non existent under full throttle. Made an attempt to change harmonics by wedging a piece of old tire between the
plates that cover the collector, xpipe and cats and the exhaust system. Problem solved but this is not a permanent solution. Looking for some recommendations for a better solution.

Moving around more going over bumps
