Need Help Choosing Chrome or Painted Wheels for 2014 Z51
I'm making a decision with regard to the wheels on my Cyber Gray C7. I'd appreciate some feedback as to which looks best. I've narrowed the choices down to OEM Chrome Z51 wheels, aftermarket Z06 look-alike chrome wheels, or keep the painted wheels that are currently on the Vette. I've obtained pics from autotrader of other Cyber Gray cars with the chrome wheels I'm considering and have posted them below along with 2 pics of the current setup. I'd appreciate input as which looks the best. For anyone responding with a recommendation of black wheels, I've looked at several on Cyber Gray C7s and decided, not for me. Your input is greatly appreciated. Here's the choices:

Chrome is not for all colors and people but it looks good for this combo.

I agree....Depending on the color.
I like the look of the aftermarket Z06 chrome in Z51 Sizes.
I think they would also look great on a Blade Silver car.

I'm struggling with the same decision. I have WGG though. I really like the looks of the Z06 wheels, but the Z51 wheels look good too and they show the painted calipers better due to having less spokes.

roadbike, here's a tip to consider. How much time do you want to put into cleaning the wheels? I have the Z06 repo's on my vert. While I do like the wheels on the car it takes quite awhile to clean them. I've even counted the openings in the things, 14 per wheel, one washing then one drying makes 28 per wheel, then times 4 you have 112 times you will be cleaning those little holes, and spokes. And then if you need to wax them......

chrome Z06 all the way! Do Z06 wheels fit a standard C7? I thought thats why gs/z06S need wider fenders. Oh yea, you said look alike. I like the 20 spoke wheels. I rank in order
