well I finally took the plunge and ordered my new ride on the 12th......got a call from the dealer yesterday and got my TPW date.....5/21. the next month is going to be killer.

before I made the decision.....I went to a dealer in Houston which had a Z06 and a Grand Sport in SO....the color is stunning, especially in the sun. Its all I needed to make up my mind.

what gets me....I have never seen this color before....until the 2019 ZR1 debut, and I started looking to get me a new ride. The color came out in 2018....and doing a little research, I found out that only 85 cars (2018's) were made in SO. I ask my corvette salesman at the dealer and he told me he had NEVER seen one this color before, EVER. one thing for sure.... it will be VERY easy to find in a parking lot......and will draw some attention going down the road.

A lot of people held off on ordering it until they could see it person, and once they started showing up, orders picked up. According to my source, it's #3 in popularity on current orders, so you'll start seeing more and more.
My 18 is a 1 of 1 SO Z51 convertible.

My 18 was built on 1/22/18. It is an awesome color, and it surpassed my expectations. I took a risk ordering it sight unseen.
