WOW, i was WRONG about that! after seeing Mike Furman's post of all the Orange cars they ordered, this one's a winner!

I don't think you were completely wrong about that. All the big forum dealers ordered boatloads of them. Smaller dealers who have only a handful in stock at a time are probably more hesitant to do so.

Congrats on you new Orange Vert. My last vette was the DSOM coupe but i did have a 2005 DSOM vert, black roof and interior. I loved that car, so did my wife... nothing like a convertible ! Depending on how my financial situation goes, i would love to get back to a SO vert ! That would be the ultimate keeper.

I was able to see a few of these at Criswell yesterday. Pictures do not this color justice.

Part of me wanted to switch my Torch Red to this color!

After seeing in person I agree that it is similar to Hugger Orange which was the color of my last corvette, (69 t-top)... been about 20 years. Car was in a very well lit showroom. Metallic is not visible unless you shine a light on it. It had the standard finish wheels and I definitely prefer black wheels myself with SO. Now if only the weather would improve so that I can get and drive mine... Signed up for Ron Fellows School in May.
You will really enjoy the school if you have not gone before ...went last summer. Taking my wife to BG track for her Bday next month

Call Mike. He may have ordered at least one of his 11 that way.

This a really interesting color that is an example of a color they talk about a chameleon color.
Going by the photos it goes to completely different shades of tint depending on the lighting.
Indoor, outdoor shade, outdoor sun, outdoor overcast every shade is different.
From near hugger orange to near DSOM. Some are tints are good some not as much.

Looks great... don't love the red tails, would swap to Z06 and needs orange calipers, but I guess the silver look OK.

Really dying to see this color in person. Can some one please tell me what if any color available right now it resembles. Just saw a Dodge challenger in orange and it was too orange. Is it close to that one?

Both Kerbeck and Criswell received another boatload of 19s today. Mike said he had many more Sebring Orange out of 33 19s he received today. I'm sure they haven't had time to load them onto the website inventory yet.

Went to Criswell and saw the new Orange. It didn't knock my socks off;in the shade it looked like a dull pumpkin and in the sunlight, I couldn't see much metal flake, which was disappointing. Also orange calipers or orange stitching with black int. is not offered except on the ZR1.

It really is. They can look blah in some pictures like most colors, but in reality, it is stunning. I couldn't more happy with mine.

Is it metallic and does it glow in the light? It looks like a flat pumpkin in some of pics.
