Me. I was convinced that I liked all of them, and now, I like all of them. Er, something like that!
Like all of them as well. Oddly, I can respect other's tastes and preferences and not devolve into insults or broad generalizations.
Well admittedly I just can't get behind some stylistic choices that are neither black nor chrome and think they should be killed with fire but hey, it still isn't my car...
I guess that all depends upon what one finds entertaining . . . seems like elementary school to me. However, upon reflection, I can see how it could be amusing to see adults acting like 3rd graders.
Well, the only thing this thread has show us is that we all own some damned fine looking sports cars. There will always be differing beliefs about what wheels looks best on any given car. Even though my money buys chrome I enjoy seeing all the different wheels out there.
Diversity is great. So many different looks and choices. It would be boring as hell to drive up to a cars and coffee and every Corvette there looks just like yours. Hmmm... wondering... If you DID drive up and see all the Corvettes are just like yours would you still think its the best or would you immediately start planning mods to change it?
That's what I was thinking. I've enjoyed looking at all the great Vettes!!

honestly think silver painted with pearl effect etc like the ones on my car will eventually replace any chrome offering from chevy. I doubt the C8 will be offered with chrome wheels. Just my opinion.
just like the outrage over non round taillights which was dumb from the start becaise the original didn't have them ANYWAY.
forbrhose that hate black wheels, this will be the only other option on next gen.. You heard it here first

Quality of Chrome Plating went right down into water tables years ago.The mineral Nickel ain't cheap and disposal is worse.It was a important part of plating to last.
Remember Crager SS Would last for years.No Chrome Plating lasts anymore.Not in the elements.Maybe in a heated garage with no rain driving days.Maybe.
I bet Chrome to last is to expensive to sell nowadays. Slow selling if it is more expensive than Black.I don't know the numbers of warranty Chrome Rims? I could be speculating a bit? If rumors are true on no more Chrome?
Certain colors,Certain Wheels.Loved Chrome.Till i saw the combination on my GS.Just had to go BLACK.Also BLACK is kind of BLAH on photo's.Seeing is SWITCHING.

The Brite polished wheel looks sooo much nicer. Black is blah with any color.
