Default Help-how to fix cooling fan not operating

My Corvette is a 2014 Z51 convertible with 8000 miles. No problems up to now. No racing; just some 0 to 60 sprints. What is the cause of inoperative cooling fan. Neither A/C or engine coolant temperature trigger the fan to operate. Does this condition create a code? What is the most likely fix?
Thanks for any help/suggestions.

OK. I just googled HP tuners. I get it. I'm afraid I will have to see my dealer for this one
