I give up, what does "pre-drilled" mean... I don't have to drill my own lug-holes?

Vertini and Stance offers custom sizing and offset but only up to a certain spec. They have these "pre-drilled" sizes specifically for the base/Z51 fitments and also the GS/Z06 fitments.
