I have dozens built but they are all waiting on final QC check to be released. Just after December 4th shipments start.

thanks Mike---excellent trip down memory lane as usual with the great old pics & ads. Don't remember ever seeing a mag ad for the hardtop option on the convertible.

I've been a huge car junkie since the mid 60s, and I know a heck of a lot (well, except what I have forgotten). But I've never heard of a 1971 ZR1 until now. Thanks for posting Mike.

1971-GM made 8 ZR1's...and only "1" one was a Convt...

Looking at the rear hatch lid up on the ZR1 makes me wonder how anybody will be able to load anything into the rear with that wing

I guess not many will be loading groceries

Mike, taking Connie's vert in for the first oil change this afternoon. Just driving the wheels off of it, 1600 mi in 5 months (not). Car has been perfect. She will probably have the top down since it will be 55F today in sunny Indiana.

The old ads from both dealers and GM/Corvette are just great to see again. Thanks, Mike.
