Default Aero on a budget

Because I didn't want to add carbon fiber skirts or more than the Stage 1 splitter I decided to get the OEM parts and have them painted in Carbon Flash Metallic to match the other accents of my 2017 Z51. Als added the Z06 grille with camera mounts from http://www.jwmotorsportsllc.com/C7-Z...lle_p_342.html at the current sale price. Also added the GM splash guards from Cultrag.

Just picked the car up this evening and I think it turned out pretty good. Shop owner also commented how much better this grille looked than the stock with chrome strip. Pics wash out the chrome wheels, but they are going away come spring for a set in black gloss. Also, not really much of a budget savings when getting the parts painted right, about covered the cost of the grille.

Instead of black gloss wheels, have you considered carbon flash?

Hadn't thought about it. Was leaning towards these:

I like the look of the Z06 grille much better than the Stingray grille but I am too cheap to have it done.

I am not a fan of black wheels but given the color of your car they are going to look killer

Looks great! I have a 2016 Shark Gray Stingray and did the same upgrades. I'm very glad I switched out the front grill with Z06 one, it really changed the look of the front end. I agree about the gloss black wheels too, the gray Vettes really beg for them.

A couple of clearer daylight pics, on this cloudy, overcast day before tomorrow's predicted snow...

Wait..so the OEM side skirts fit? Am I missing something here...aren't the OEM ones for the GS and that body line is slightly different. Did you buy these from GM or aftermarket location?

The splitter and skirts were advertised as GM OEM parts on eBay. They were unpainted and cost for both was just under $300 (two different vendors). I was travelling when they arrived and my son dropped them at the body shop, so I didn't see the packaging.

There are no OEM ones in that style.
