likely wouldn't really help any street vehicle if wrecked @ over 170mph--probably just the old question of open or closed coffin at the funeral

Agreed. My neighbor's daughter's brother-in-law once heard a story from his mailman about a nightmare build the mailman's ex-wife's new boyfriend's brother went through dealing with Hennessey. Avoid

Regarding Hennessey's ability to build a 1200 HP Corvette, here is what Torque News says. "they have built enough high performance Corvette engines in the past few years to have a good idea of what kind of power they can get from a build. With that in mind, it is likely that the power numbers are estimated, but I would guess that these are numbers that the HPE team knows that they can get from a 7.0L V8 with a gigantic blower."

HE could build an estimated 3,000 RWHP and I'd still pass.

I checked the forum's sponsor list and I don't see the Hennessey name on the list.

As infamous as their reputation from the Viper shenanigans in the 90s, clearly someone still gives them money!

Even if I had the money to let them build something, no way would I let them work on my go cart.

What would be incredible would be to actually get your car back in one piece. Don't know why we're still talking about this thief.

Vengeance Racing has the first allocation in Georgia. We will be performing in depth research on our ZR1 not a customers ZR1. We are excited to see what the LT5 has to offer.

Ok, so a Calloway 757 was totaled 3 blocks from the dealer. I'm betting that 1200hp doesn't make it one block. Other that saying my ***** is bigger, where could you possibly use 1200Hp? People can't really get a stock Z06 to hook up on street tires, 1200Hp

It's not so much the issue on horsepower, it's the issue of Hennessey...
