Greetings everyone, I'm new here. I'm a long-time hard-core gear head, have owned 104 cars (only one Corvette, a 1968, that I had in the 70's) over 45 years of driving (so yes, that makes me 'older', 60-ish).

I'm interested in ordering a new 2019 Grand Sport. It will almost certainly be a long-distance deal, since there aren't very many Chevy dealers around Portland Oregon. I've been talking with MacMulkin, have seen their ads here, and am wondering if anyone has bought a car from them long-distance, and what your experiences were like.

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts anyone would care to share on their MacMulkin buying experience.

I bought from them while living in California. There is literally no way it could have been easier unless they just gifted me the car.

Also, if you are picking up the car yourself in NH, they'll send a driver to pick you up from Boston Logan Airport for free. Any paperwork that needed to be sent before or after picking the car up was sent overnight just as part of doing business. Top notch experience.

I bought my GS from Boardwalk in CA. They are one of the largest Vette dealers (>100 in stock, including several Z and GS). You may want to contact them, as they are closer and you could do that drive yourself instead of shipping it. My experience with them was pretty good.

I live just an hour from #1 Corvette dealer Kerbeck, but I bought from MacMulkin for better price and no documentation fees. Transaction was first class all the way.
Rented a car and drove to NH to pick up my 2016 Z51. Left in about an hour with my new car. They took care of the return of my rental car from there.
Easy peasy!

I purchased my '17 Grand Sport from MacMulkin long-distance from Texas in September of last year. We flew from DFW to Manchester, NH to pick up the car.

The process could not have been easier. From the initial sales contact, to periodic updates on build / delivery status, to being picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, to taking possession with Kenny G providing the drive-away briefing, the entire experience was not only pain-free but enjoyable. I particularly appreciated that Sierra, who provides the factory updates on build and delivery status, came over to say hello and chat for a few minutes.

I just bought my 2018 from them in October. They also picked me up at the airport in Boston. Everything was ready for me when I got there. Everything was exactly as they promised-there were NO surprises or last minute changes. It was probably the best new car buying experience I've ever been through.
