Cup holder diameter

Not sure, but I was told the Yeti 10oz Rambler is a perfect fit. And due to the lower height it does not have the problems that other cups have. Upgrading to the magnetic lid.

JMHO, but the cup holders are so shallow in depth I wouldn't use them for anything but loose change. I have put small bottles of water in them while on trips with cap on at all times because they have fallen over & took off to places (usually passenger foot-well) where can't reach till stopped.

I agree they are pretty worthless and things spill if you hit brakes hard. I only drink bottled water so don't worry much.

Lastly, you mentioned the cup holders being 3" across, do you think that it is possible to fit 2.75 pads/ inserts into the holders? The reason for my trying to be certain is that some cup holders are designed with a taper where while they may be 3" at the mouth of the holder, they are narrower at the bottom. Again, I don't have the luxury of stepping out to my car so I am unable to tell. I'd hate to purchase the wrong diameter disk only to find that the holders are tapered.

I got the mini mugzie travel mug. It fits nicely in it and keeps a sane amount of coffee warm for a few hours.

I am stationed in Afghanistan and unable to take the measurement so I was hoping that perhaps someone might so kind as to take a measurement of the size cup holder pads that will fit down inside of the dual cup holder area. Heck, I can't even recall if they are both the same size as many cars often have one size slightly larger than the other. Another reason fir asking if someone might measure their holders and provide me with that info.

Thank you ALL for your patriotism and also support you provide to us abroad. Together we are a team and is what without doubt makes us as strong as we are as a nation. The folks on the other side of this fens here in Afghanistan are still amazed at how much support we have from you back there in the U.S.. So in so many ways, we here are simply an extension of you all willing to say "hello" to the Taliban at any given opportunity. After all, better here than in our land. Front door service if you will

Simple, cheap fix. . . furniture foot pads. Holds a standard travel mug (adult sippy cup), water bottle, or disposable, standard drink cup perfectly.

Nice.
Three pads are visible - is that all? Or is there a 4th pad hidden that we can't see in the photo? (it looks like there would be a 4th pad)
