So this is my last Z06 grille thread. To recap, I never knew I didnt like my grille, until I started on this forum. But after seeing countless people change out to the Z06 grille, I knew I wanted to do it. I also wanted to get my windows tinted, and I liked the Carbon flash badge look. Next is to get my lugs blacked out. Again, didnt know I needed to do that, till I saw pics of my car, and noticed they are still chrome

As for the grille. I researched the hell out of which grille to get. Should I get the OEM which with the cameras is close to $500, or go the cheaper route. I finally talked to my installer at my local speed shop(he is wonderful. If you need a speed shop in central NJ PM me). He told me its just a grille, go with the cheaper route. I wont say which vendor I got it from on here, not sure if I can. But he is more than welcome to post on here. I emailed him a few times, he got backed to me immediately, and the order process was easy, shipping was fast

Now as for the install, this is word for word what my installer wrote me.
You have to remove the bumper to change the grille so it can be difficult. The cameras were a little bit of a pita to install because I had to completely remove them from the factory brackets and install them into the new brackets and drilling was required to mount them to the new brackets. And there was a ton of little screws lol. No problem. The grille fits perfect so no issues there.
So I hope this helps anyone looking to change out their grille. This was all part of my Christmas present, so I am a happy man. As for the pics. Its freezing here in NJ, so didnt take many pics, but will take a bunch in the spring
