do these just bolt up to existing bumper , Ive seen posts where people have to drill out rivets , do these come with hardware and need to be riveted in also I have a 2018 GS 1LT with the cheap splitter , I want a stage2

I have a 2018 z06 2lz auto and I noticed today I have damage on my left skirt in the back. Most wouldn't notice it but I cant stop staring at it. Do you have ones that would match the OEM one that is on the left side and looks exactly like it? How much?
