I'm sure with other sentiments from forum members, we really do appreciate all of you taking time to post killer deals when other dealerships could care less.

Very interesting information. Mine came from Kerbeck, but it appears a lot of Vettes are sold in FL!

Default well done

and interesting.....it would be cool (and I would guess difficult) to factor in the service depts. as I have on at least one occasion paid alittle more for a car based on the quality of the service dept. (shout out to Titus-Will Chevy/Buick/Cadillaci of Olympia, WA and the best Corvette mechanic I have crossed paths with in a dealership, Mark)

Add in Dan's Corvettes of Auburn, WA (not a dealership of course, specialty repairs) and I've got the infrastructure I need within driving distance for my indefinite relationship with my 2014 Z51 7 MT Conv.

Mine padded the total for #6.

Interesting, if you add up all of Hendrick's locations, he'd be #2 overall, just from the locations listed above.

Our local dealer moved from 19 up to #7. Must have made some changes.

Props to George Matick Chevrolet for not only breaking the Top 10, but literally doubling their sales compared to 2016 despite the limited production year.

Interesting list.

Imagine top dealers selling ave 2 - 3 Vettes a day!

Curious as to how some dealers sell so many Vettes.
Price, service, better advertising, social media...?
Concentrating on Vettes over other models, or just larger dealers overall...?

It's a combination of many details, but mainly it's a basic marketing essential that any business can apply. Treat your customer right and they will become a repeat customer. Multiply this principle over many years with many referrals by your happy satisfied customers and you will become very successful. The top dealers who specialize in Vettes and cater to the vette enthusiast have differentiated themselves from the average Chevy dealer and have grown their customer base.

Part of it is them not being afraid to deal nationwide, talk real numbers and deal over the Internet/Phone, assist with shipping, etc...where the average local dealer is only interested in using the Internet to bring locals into the showroom and trap you from there, old-school style.

Also...the higher volume dealers, while they cater to the enthusiasts, treat a Corvette like any other car deal. They aren't limited to a few sparkly Vettes for the showroom hidden behind velvet ropes, expecting MSRP and/or MSRP + some silly markup, just because its a Corvette.

Congratulations - this is a nice accomplishment and says a lot about how you must conduct business.

I think that getting high on this list also takes time. It's a bit of chicken/egg. You can't sell a lot of vettes unless you have the allocations, and (if I understand correctly), you can't get a lot of allocations unless you have sold a lot of vettes. So..........it probably takes a lot of time to build up the reputation, volume, allocations, etc. that enable you to get/stay on the list?
