Kudos to Americas/Discount Tire
So I get into my car last night and was greeted by the (!) light... Hmm... I checked the TPMS display and it showed the left rear had 23 psi... Inspecting the tire confirmed 23 psi and showed a small screw head stuck in the tire where the tread goes around the edge of the tire to the sidewall that bubbled when wetted down.... uh oh...
Took the car to America's Tire/Discount Tire today and they confirmed it wasn't repairable due to the location of the damage, but it was a long shot... So I decided to check with the dealer where I bought the car a month ago for a Michelin road hazard warranty, The service advisor checked with their warranty expert and informed me there were no road hazard guarantees... period... sorry... Oh... and it would be $442 to replace the tire with another with the same non-warranty....I have been an A.T. fan for a while, and this is why.

My experience has been nothing less. Never had a tire issue with my vette, but...they have always repaired our flats for free even if we had not purchased our tires there - which happens because we typically trade our vehicles every three years so we don’t need to buy new ones. They really know how to take care of customers.

I had them put tires on some new wheels for my C6. Then I later threw a tire balance weight and they put a new one on for free. They've always been great to work with. But our local store didn't have Firestone tires for my C6 and our club got a big discount from the Firestone store so I used them for new tires.

Discount Tire
I have had the same very positive experience from Discount Tire in Mooresville, NC. I have had two nails in the same tire on my 2015 Z06. They patched the first one, and then since I had to drive about 60 miles on the second flat, they replaced both front tires so the tread would match and got me a good adjustment from Michelin. I believe I paid about $700 total for the two tires.
They also repair flats at no charge for tires not purchased at Discount Tire. I have had this experience with them several times. Great people to deal with!

It's the same in CA. If you bought the tires at Discount Tire, flat repair is included in the original purchase.

Discount Tire has always taken good care of my cars (& Jeeps) to the point of a free replacement of an off road tire with the same kind of screw in the edge of tread issue as the OP experienced. They are a good outfit to deal with.

My son, who’s on a very limited budget, picked up a small nail in one of his factory original tires. He took it to Discount Tire and they took it off the wheel, patched it, remounted and balanced it. All at no charge! Guess where everyone in our family plans to purchase new tires for our vehicles when needed?

Most professional installation I've ever seen for new tires. I was impressed they even had a set of pucks for the frame. Especially given some Chevrolet dealerships don't use them.
