Glad you got it all sorted out. You are very fortunate to find a shop that does this quality type work. Results are not always to spec or expectations.

Hey Tool Hoarder - glad it's fixed to your liking. And on your bumper issue: many/most of us have been there. Done something that surprises us and is a bummer. But most often we find what you did - - after the initial emotions ratchet down, we find that - with a little ingenuity and/or some good people (like your body shop), the problem we caused wasn't so bad after all.
Hope you get tons of enjoyment from it - she's a beauty!

Home just as it starts to snow again... took the rps stage 1 rockers off and filled the holes. Replacing with ACS zero1s.

Mine weren't minor to me... the front door gaps stuck out bad on a white car. With the headlights in I couldn't figure out how to get it right and, because my fender and hood gaps were really good, I didn't want to open pandora's box and move the fenders. Body man ended up having to adjust the fenders and doors to get it dialed in. Not only were the door gaps wide, the doors were inset from the fenders. The fenders have no play like a C5 as they're SMC and not urethane.
Regardless the car is dialed in now. Other than the rear bumper to quarter fit but I decided to wait until I find a reason to pull the rear bumper to have them mess with it.

That is there by design and wasn't touched. If you lined that up I doubt the doors would close.

Nice .. I have some irregular gaps ... I have tried adjusting door and that helped but not 100% perfect .. I had figured some Fender adjustment would be needed also ...

I read somewhere on some GM info media site or something can't remember but GM had a heck of a time designing the doors and actually the bottom of the door was designed to set in just as bit to help with rocks chips on the leading edge. Fact or fiction I don't know just FYI. Glad your car meets your expectation and i agree those body gaps aren't easy to fix unless you know what you are doing.

Everything was $870 but that included $250 to fix my torn up bumper and install my Z06 grill. Had them do the splitter at the same time. Try also adjusted the door glass after tweaking the doors. They also fixed and airbrushed a cracked fender and touched up a few items. Just adjusting gaps would have probably been half that. Bumper had to come off and headlights out to do it all perfectly, but could probably do the doors and fenders with the lights and bumper in.
