Agreed on using the “DOC” ...keep in mind those paint samples are only good for one year so if you use it know it does not last forever...tried to sell on unused kit from my ‘14 and had that pointed out to me

Although I liked the concept used by Dr. Color Chip, my experience was not that good. Watched all the Youtube videos I could find prior to touching up my front end. Unfortunately,Color Chip's version of Atomic Orange MetallicTint Coat was too red. The AC Delco Atomic Orange 83U color pen I purchased for $15.00 was a dead on match. Although I now have a clear bra over the front end, I am going to find one the application pens with the reservoir on top for future touch up.

Did you try sending it back / working with them? They claim to have a color match guarantee?

Anyone who's thinking about trying Dr. ColorChip, I just got a "Winter Sale" email from them that you can get 15% off with coupon code "winter". Good through 1/31/18.

Based on what I watched, this looked like a pretty good investment.
I'll let you guys know how well well it works after I try it.

I can’t believe more people haven’t recommended Langka. I have tried Langka and Dr C. I like Lanka 10 x better than dr colorchip.

Regardless of what touch up paint you use. Practice on non conspicuous area when you first use it.
Dr Colorchip is fine if you practice with it first.
I found a permanent marker to match my Long Beach Red for using on small chips. Works like a champ and easy to use. No mess and no fuss. Just clean the chip with alcohol and bring my trusty permanent marker out to do its magic. You can't even see where I touched it up unless you get super close.
