Silver cars get more tickets than any other color...
Of course more silver cars are manufactured than any other color.
I hate silver! Old person color along with chrome.

I remember back in 2014 I was on a trip to California, and walking up to a Peets I was thinking "yep, I'm in California, here's a Ferrari at the coffee shop." When I got closer it was a black C7! But wow, a black C7 with a Kalahari interior really has a Ferrari look to it . . .

Yes....
1. The C7 still garners a LOT of attention
2. It's very Ferrari f12 Berlinetta looking
3. I still love driving it every day!

My father owned an auto repair shop and we serviced state police cars. One of the troopers was telling us about how she pulled over a red Corvette. The guy asked why she pulled him over? She said you have a car that says look at me, so I did.

I agree with the majority of comments so far other than silver is for old people lol...
The C7 also get's it's share of negative attention in the form of douche bags riding your *** (tailgating) (much more often than in prior generations of vettes). Other cars parking so close, you need to get in using the passenger door and mainly mustangs revving their engines anytime you go by one at an intersection.

Urban legend says that red is the color that gets pulled over more often, but red actually came in second place in this study. The top color is white, with gray and silver coming in third and fourth place.
Mercedes-Benz SL class, the Toyota Camry Solara, and the Scion tC. Each was between 300 and 400 percent more likely to get a ticket than any other car.
the cars that were least ticketed were the Jaguar XJ, the Chevy Suburban, and the Buick Park Avenue. Each were around 90 percent less likely to get a ticket than the rest of the cars surveyed.
Edmunds surveyed three police departments and two traffic agencies, and they reported five ways to get pulled over easily:
Speeding
Distracted driving/using a cell phone behind the wheel
Hazardous driving, such as running stop signs, illegal U-turns and failure to yield
Equipment violations, such as tinted windows, expired tags and loud exhaust
Tailgating and improper lane changes
Males are more likely to get pulled over, topping females by about 30 percentage points. The typical millennial ages of 19-21 received over 70,000 tickets, with age 20 receiving the most, with 80,000 tickets. From a speeding range of 9 to 16 mph, 15 miles over the limit is the speed at which most people are caught—and by a wide margin.

I agree. My C7 gets a lot of attention everywhere I go.
Here’s a pic from my trip to Las Vegas. I stopped at a rest stop in the mojave desert west of Vegas came out from “tapping a kidney” and there was a group of Japanese ladies posing with the car.
I sat back for about 30 minutes while a bus load of them took turns posing for pics

IMO, it's always great when someone recognizes a great looking car (well, except for an LEO on patrol ).

Idk, I got more tickets in my Red SS Cobalt than any other car I've owned. Also, Silver and Black is a great classic color combination. Love the look, been hookedEver since a friend of mine had a 70 SS Chevelle that color when we were in high school. This is my other toy and I'm 51, not old in my book.

May be it's because I live in South Florida and Lambos can be seen pretty much all over the place folks dont pay much attention...
I do get a lot of compliments on the GS and I daily drive it... like every day to work. Kids love to take pics with there cell phones and most adults take pictures of my tag. LOL
Now my AMG is what gets Johnny Laws attention. On the same street I have been pulled over twice in the AMG yet I have never seen a blue light in the GS and I drive them both the same way.
Last time I was pulled over the first thing the cop asked me was "buddy is this your car?"

The ones that come running up on your *** are the ones who make me crazy! I have also noticed many who will carefully approach in the passing lane, linger in the blind-spot for a few, scope out the car, then drop back to the rear. Might as well get a good look!

OK kiddies, once more we have an urban myth rear is head. As an old LEO I will tell you the color of the car makes no difference, it's the nut behind the wheel doing something stupid that gets the attention of the Law Enforcement Officer.
