Born in 1952. They don't offer body color steel rims with chrome baby moons and beauty rings so I chose chrome.

Born well before '78. Had chrome wheels on my C5 and my C6 (plus a few of my wife's Cadillac CTSs and SRXs). I've grown tired of chrome.
Plus our current XT5 and our previous SRX does/did not have chrome wheels.

My 2017 has chrome wheels. Not something I would have ordered but the car had everything else i wanted and I got it for 19% off sticker since it was in November.
Black wheels go on this spring.
And none of the cars I purchased prior to 1978 had chrome wheels

The salesman I ordered my car through told me that almost without fail that everyone over 55 orders chrome wheels and everyone under 55 orders black wheels. I was born in 1969 and kept his trend alive by ordering black wheels
