Thanks, It's for this, which provides an interior guest house with plenty of room on each side, one for a workshop, and the other for a truck and tractor storage and maintenance bay.
I didn't have to do any clearing since the property is an old farm, and in front of the yard, it rotates between corn, soybeans, and winter wheat. Some of your ethanol and bio-diesel starts right here.

The corn, soybeans, and winter wheat is the typical rotation for my area as well. That winter wheat is beautiful when it's in green.

New house being built....target move in date of August...hottest time of the year in AZ....
