And it will look different in person as well under different lighting conditions.

I'm going to try to get up there Saturday afternoon to see them in person. I'm pretty well convinced that's the color I want for my ZR1 but it would be nice to see in person.

I just checked with a dealer on a 2018 SO GS. They said the SO was off the line last for the 2018 Models and is part of the updated system for painting. Can anyone confirm? I was given a price of $65K, 2LT, Manual. However, I am also hearing the 2019 models will be priced very similar. Anyone?

Yes, all 2018s built since the plant re-opened in November were painted in a brand-new paint facility built from the ground up. It does appear that most of the Sebring Orange cars were produced at the end of the '18 run. Mine was built within the last week of 18 production, and they are only now showing up in batches.

I don't think it makes any difference other than sales price. There are no new features or spec differences between 18 & 19s. You'll probably do a couple of percentage points better on an 18 now, and 2-3 years down the road the market value will be the same.

I'll find out in a few minutes. I'm actually feeling a little sad about abandoning my perfect '14. It will be a melancholy drive to Criswell tomorrow morning.

Not gonna take long for someone to buy your low-miles '14 Z51 vert M7 MSRC in Triple Black from Mike.

Yeah, you're right with the paint correction work, CQuartz and XPEL Ultimate, it still looks like a brand new car w/ 15K miles on it. It's essentially flawless.
Just had to have ORANGE!

And home . . . w/ 110 miles. Delivery this morning and good-bye to my 2014.
The color is fantastic, and as Mike Furman and I discussed after going over it with a fine-toothed comb, the new paint jobs are at least 80% better. That doesn't mean perfect, but it is a big improvement. Perfect is "unobtanium" on a mass-produced car.
The new MSRC calibrations are definitely an improvement over the old, and I had a chance to compare back to back after delivering my old car and driving the new one home over the same route.
Sebring Orange has far exceeded my expectations and is spectacular.

Oh, and BTW, Mike confirmed today that this is a 1 of 1 car. It is the only Sebring Orange, Z51, manual, convertible built in 2018. Only one other SO, Stingray convertible was built in 2018, and only 11 SO convertibles in total (6 GS, and 3 Z06).
Mike has now delivered 2 of those 11.
