I agree with several members that things get a little testy from time to time here on the Corvette Forum. However, this forum is quite tame compared to others that I frequent.

It is a road which runs across lower FL...
With a lot of FHP waiting to get you. It is a very straight road with water on both sides and nothing but pavement in front of you and pavement in the mirror.

Before the fence was put up, alligators would lay in the roadway.
I am sure some still make it there.

It's an internet forum, what did you expect?

If you really want to see people with sandy vajayjays and knickers in a twist head over to PR&C for a bit... but please take a shower before coming back here lol

It’s all good. Two sides to every story so to speak. To many people get their panties in a wad if anyone dares say anything negative about a Corvette. There is good info to be learned from some of the members here while other members bring nothing but bad attitudes.
If someone declares a post BS then others sometimes jump up and offer a holier than thou opinion. Sometimes I get the impression that some people here just need to grow a pair.
It’s the internet, have fun, enjoy the wisdom offered, or not.

That pretty much sums it up. People who are overly sensitive need not apply

I realize it is the nature of some people. It’s their personality, but I can’t understand why there seems to be so much combative conversation. I’ve seen plenty of name calling (Had a guy call me a dork recently because I posted an opinion thread.) I don’t know I just don’t get it obviously. Why on earth would someone who owns such a beautiful piece of machinery that is really just a toy if you think about it, be so angry all the time? I think the general attitude of these less than happy people seem annoyed at everything. You can almost see them rolling their eyes as they’re typing away a response that’s less than friendly.

It’s sad really.

Have be a better day!

Number one reason I'm reluctant to post too many dick waggers out there. Who in real life would not be half as brave.

Hahaha! Thanks for that. I see where you're from. Twice a year we are riding near you all over the Smoky Mts. Look for me. I'll be that guy that gives you the wave...and a point-by as you approach from behind

If members don't have an answer, then don't post...unless you have something positive or actually answer the question.
While that has some merit, this isn't just a Q&A forum, it's a discussion forum. If the only thing that was allowed was an answer to a question, every thread would have two posts; a question and an answer.

As for people who join just to ask a simple question that's answered in the Owner's Manual (they're available on line, not just in paper in the car) that's just being lazy. There's a wise saying about teaching a man to fish instead of giving him a fish. It applies to lazy people on internet forums too.

Oh, and this thread has nothing to do with C7 Gen and should have been posted in OT. It would be real interesting in there.

I thought I would see a Corvette with "TENSION BLUE" interior!
We have had a very mild winter been 50-60 everyday here for weeks on end and I think we saw about 28 for what seems like 1 night this winter..

Life is GOOD!

Though I certainly wasn't trying to bait anyone into this kind of response, you almost made my point. Thanks for suggesting where this post should be Guess I've just gotten into the habit of posting in the Gen. area.

Some of the generation forums here allow off topic threads and some don't. This one tends not to.

If you do venture into OT, or especially PR&C, you'll think this one is incredibly nice and civil.
