Default Anyone regret the 1LT package?

Looking at getting a Grand Sport and want to keep my spend to a minimum.

Wondering if I'll b dissapointed with the 1LT package.

It looks to have a lower end stereo, no front camera and non-adjustable side bolsters - in addition to many other things.

Anyone here got a strong opinion on this option?

Thanks!

It's the front cameras that would keep me from getting 1lt. I would really dislike not having them.

After comparing all three packages, I chose the 2LT. I like the options that it came with. The car will not ride any different in my opinion if you go with the 1LT. You will save some money, but you might regret not getting the many option in the upgraded packages. If money is not an option, I'd go with at least the 2LT.

Like fugly said.
While not essential, the front camera is a very nice feature.

Heads up display is a big factor to me.

Both my C6 and now my C7 came with it as part of 2LT.

I purchased a 1LT GS for the same reason. I'm happy I did.

Some comments about the 1LT:
- The 1LT standard Bose stereo is just ok, but the 2LT one isn't really better anyway
- The seats are very comfortable
- The seat heaters and coolers would be nice, but not essential
- The GM nav is completely useless - even worse than Apple Maps, which you get with the standard CarPlay. I end up just putting my music on a USB and leaving it in the car, and I have a vent mount phone holder for my phone so I can use Waze. So no disadvantage for the 1LT here
- I don't feel I need the front camera or the HUD and don't miss them at all

I did add the HomeLink visor, which cost me about $200 and was worth it.

If you're on a budget. Get MSRC before going 2LT.

Side bolsters are non-adjustble on 1lt? I'm gunna be tracking it - and too tall for comp seats - so adjustable side bolsters would help.

Both of my C6’s were 3LT. My C7 was a 1LT. I did not miss any of the features and surprisingly the stereo in the C7 was way better. Never missed the front camera as I never had a car with one.

HomeLink visor was the only thing I was missing, and TrunkMonkey fixed me up on that.

I prefer my sports cars to be as pure as possible. Less is more.

The '17 Grand Sport package ($10,000) was VERY Important to me considering the included performance features and especially the wide-body styling, however the 2LT package ($4450) was mostly stuff I figured I would hardly ever use. So to answer your question, I'm very pleased with my 1LT GS Vert.

I went from a loaded Camaro 2SS with mag ride to a base Stingray 1LT and have no regrets.

I prefer simplicity in a drivers car like a corvette. The only feature I would have liked from the 2LT is the front camera so you can see where the curb is but I have been getting by for 30 years without it so I figured I would survive.

Some things to consider...

- Don't need NAV anymore with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- 1LT comes with leather power seats
- Heated seats depend on you climate, worthless for me in Florida
- The cooled seats are ok but they are not AC, just a fan circulating so I found the don't really cool that well.
- HUD is cool at first but just duplicates info you already have in the beautiful digital cluster
- Most can't tell a difference with the Bose subwoofer since most of the bass seems to come from the 10 inch speakers in the door anyway. In general the Bose system is just average at best anyway.
- I am the only one who drives so The memory package is only useful for the easy exit/entry feature. I get by without it just fine and never need to adjust the seat.

The luggage shade is useful and can be bought for $100 online.
