If you are stuck with a front licence plate and would like a camera to protect against parking mishaps. I just ran into this on Amazon. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but it just might do the trick. What do you think?

Sure, it wouldn't take much fabrication to make an appropriate mount to put it wherever there was room and it was out of the way... or, you could just learn where the front of the car is.

I back in. If I'm forced to pull straight in, I always pull up short (if I don't have a spotter). It's a short car, anyway, and the back end is never going to stick out of any parking space.

This. In four years of driving my ‘14 daily I’ve never missed a front camera. Even though we have front plates here I will never put one on my Vette. Ever.

not that brave. I don't want to give the cops a free pass to pull me over. So even though I hate it, I roll with a front plate. I do have it on a removable mount though, so I can take it off EZ for beauty shots.

True, but if this was about $300 cheaper I would still install it just for the peace of mind. $400 is crazy expensive
