I agree, the variance in the shade of white would bug me, but the reality is most folks probably won't notice it. Overall, the color scheme looks awesome!

I have been thinking of getting the eyelids but I have seen a couple out there that were off in color and it turned me off. I like the look but if its not a perfect match it would bother me. By the way your car looks amazing, great job-I love it!!!!! best looking one out there!!! The fender strips what model is that, because the the web calls for Grand Sport OEM alike and I have a Stingray, also is the hood Stinger strip 3m black carbon fiber decal? Thanks and again great job your ride is sick

The seat backs are new (switched to competition), and the seat bottoms are covers. Trunk monkey parts has everything you need. I did not do it myself, I went to an upholstery shop.

I was messing around with some 3M vinyl I had ordered online. It was a 6 ft. x 1 ft. roll was ~$15 and a very close match to my Blade Silver paint. I had several feet left over from another project so I decided to play with it and see if I could make my own.
I used paper to create a template by following the edges of the headlight bezel and transferred the shape to the vinyl. Then I applied the pieces with a water spray and a squeegee. Cost me an hour and two bucks. I figured if I didn't like it, I could easily peel them off and not incur the monetary loss that I would if I had ordered from a vendor, plus, it was a fun little project and gave me practice with the vinyl. Funny - no one who has seen my car has ever commented on them since I applied them, including other C7 owners.

Only IF the color were PERFECT and the vinyl thin enough.

You have a stingray with Z06 rear lights? Just curious, since I have not seen the non-red rear lights on anything but Z06s.
