Which radar detector do you recommend?

Say what??? Here, the radar is mounted in their vehicles. When it is on its on. If his/her car is heading your direction so is the radar. if you are playing the Waze game you just received some paperwork that requires a court appearance.

WAZE is great when wazers report police, but they don't always.
I recently drove back to Ft. Worth from Lubbock which has mostly 75MPH speed zones and lots of open highway made for fast Vette driving. NOT ONE police was reported on Waze (other than by me), and I saw at least 5 on the way back. I even got pulled over but I was only going 6 MPH over and he let me go with a warning.
I religiously report cops on WAZE and I had 48 "you helped people/thanks" notifications in my WAZE end of week report. But, WAZE did absolutely nothing for me on that trip.
Not that I won't continue using it, I just won't rely on it solely without a radar detector and situational awareness.

Yeah, the DPS presence seems to have increased over the last few years.
R3 and Waze will help, I hope.
