MacMulkin. I did my 500 mile oil change at Hare Chevrolet though! I only talked to one other dealer and that dealer was also a forum dealer. I actually thought I was going to order from the other dealer but I think they were distracted so I switched to MacMulkin. It was a wonderful & easy experience with them.

I tentatively plan to do all my service work at Hare because they seem to be the largest dealer in the Indianapolis area and a couple of other forum members were kind enough to share their experiences with Hare with me via PM and those experiences were good.

i should add that I factory ordered mine. Perhaps if I’d bought from inventory I would’ve bought wherever I found the car closest to what I was looking for. MacMulkin was magnificent for ordering. Perfect buying experience.

I can't agree more about Van Bortel. My purchase and trade couldn't have gone any smoother and was all done over phone. Thanks again Nate. dvilin GREAT color choice. Here is a picture of mine on delivery day.
Same here, 2018 Blade Silver ZO6 coupe 7M. Very fair price, knowledge of the Corvette and service techs are great, great dealership.

After what I would call, “extensive study”, I went to the Chevy website, built what I wanted and sent it out to dealers in my area. I also had several conversations with Sam at Kerbeck (which is where I thought I would be buying). It was August/September of 2016, production of ‘17 had already started, I wasn’t looking for a lot of options so I didn’t need to order a car built to spec and there weren’t any real dollar savings in doing that, and while they came close, Kerbeck didn’t have what I was looking for.

Coming home from work one Saturday morning, I got a response from one of the dealers from the Chevy website. I told them what I wanted and what I was putting down. About two hours later they called me back and told me they had located my car, how soon could I come in? Later that afternoon I was at Schumacher Chevy in Little Falls, NJ, sat down with their sales manager Mark Rodriguez (huge Red Sox Fan...I hate the Red Sox), discussed what they had found got the locator print out, and gave him a deposit. The following Tuesday they got the car from a Philly area dealer and had it on their lot, Wednesday I saw my car for the first time...

Friday September 16th...I drove it home. It’s been 25k miles of happiness. Thanks Schumacher!

MacMulkin and worked with Kenny G. Awesome experience. Did quite a bit of the initial purchase work over the phone and email. They had a car that matched what I was hoping for and finally made the 3 hour drive down with my C6 trade-in. Got there at noonish and since they hadn't really seen my trade, the wife and I went to lunch while they did all the lookey see and started prepping the C7. Everything went super smooth and we left just after 5 with our new baby.

The chrome wheels and red calibers look great with Blade Silver.

When the warm weather comes and I put my OEM tires back on, the look changes a little bit...

Default Harchelroad Motors

Harchelroad Motors in Imperial Nebraska. I have ordered two new Corvettes from Dillon Harchelroad. I just picked up my new 2018 Z06. Dillon beat three other GM Dealers on the trade in value of my 2016 Z06. Harchelroad Motors are a forum dealer and will treat you right!!

That was kinda my purpose in starting this thread as to familiarize the many new C7 purchasers out there with the available options.

I dealt with Dennis Tap at Les Stanford Chevy in Dearborn, a very personable guy. Stanford is a forum dealer, and I think that Dennis deals pretty much exclusively in Corvettes. I called him one afternoon and then drove down to Dearborn. It took an hour that day to do a test drive and negotiate the deal, an hour two days later to do the paperwork and pick up the car once it was prepped. This was last spring, about $10K off list on a 2017 1LT, with 0% financing for five years. A very easy and pleasant experience.

Ordered from Amoni at Kerbeck for Museum delivery. Great guy to work with, kept me informed every step of the way. Decent discount for ordering but I also caught the $2K Corvette Loyalty and another $500 from the Farm Bureau offer, so good final price to get exactly what I wanted.

Got my 17 Z06/Z07 at Boardwalk in Nov of last year. It was 20% off. I drove with a friend for 6 hours to pick up the car. Prior to that, I was talking to Mike Furmann. We could not work out a deal. he wanted additional 2.5k to 3K for shipping. No thanks. Besides, I didn't want to deal with getting the car smog checked, which is a requirement for any cars purchased outside CA.

No surprise there, as purchasing a C7 in your home state of California should be significantly less than purchasing one in Maryland and having it shipped all the way across the country.

exactly! and yet several members on this forum who live outside Maryland bought from him, and paid additional 2-3k for shipping.

Picked up our Lime Rock green Stingray in December from Matt at VanBortels Corvettes in Macedon NY. We did most of the process on line and over the phone with Matt and would highly recommend him. As soon as we get a good day to get it out for some pictures I will post some.

I bought my 15 Z51 Stingray out of the showroom from Klick-Lewis Chevrolet in Palmyra, Pa.

I traded in a year later on this 2016 Z51 convertible I ordered.

The owners of Klick-Lewis are good friends of mine. In fact they let me order their Corvettes for stock inventory!!
