Wow, PH is really rare too. Needless to say I'm on O2 and some really expensive drugs.I got an Inogen portable O2 generator (2.8 LBS), and that makes life a bit easier.

Last time I'll post here as I know it's not really the place, but...
The inogen is great but has its limitations.
Medical issues are obviously extremely private but I'm more than happy to lend an ear/offer advice if you wish.

Yes, as is letairis ($3000 month), I take both.

This is no joke. Pulmonary hypertension is a life threatening incurable disease. There are three pathways they target with meds and sildenafil is one of the three classes used to treat it.
