That pic was from my 50th b-day in Jamaica last year. I’m damn lucky to have her as a girlfriend and best friend. Hell it only took 2 divorces and 100’s of thousands of dollars later for me to finally meet her. The kicker she asked me out. Showed up at my house with a bottle of Oban (my favorite scotch) and never left. 5 years and going.

Really glad for you man hard to find a good woman in this world. But I am sure the woman can say the same thing here. I have been married now to the same woman since 1982. Thank the lord every day for her.. Robert
My first car was a '54 Chevy I got when I was 15 years old. Paid $100 for the car with 99K miles, had a bad tranny so I went to the junk yard and purchased a tranny for $15 and I had a winner. It was exactly like the photo below.....
My last Corvette purchased was '17 Grand Sport coupe.

I had 1970 All Black on Black GTO With RAM AIR 4 and M22 4Sp in 1973 Sold it to a friend and the second day he had it he hit a telephone pole at 110 and died. this picture reminds me of that.
First car was the 1977 Porsche on the left. Second car was the 'Vette on the right (that's me in the vette). This was taken the day I bought the Vette. The Vette was a 1981 with a built 350 in it. Had a custom Greenwood Daytona body (non-turbo).
This is the most recent Vette purchase - about 3 years ago now. Still have her. 1965 - 396/425.
My first car was a metallic green ‘64 Chrysler Newport coupe. My friends called it Supercar because of the pushbutton transmission. That was in high school, sorry no picture. But I do have one of my last high school and first college car. Mom bought me a red ‘69 Nova from a mechanic that she knew for $250...
I left it at school when I flew home, my roommate crashed it...wasn’t the same so I stepped up to a ‘71 Monte Carlo SS...
And we know where the story ends...with my first Corvette...
My first was. 1971 Monte Carlo. 66 cars later: ‘16 Z51 with LT4 conversion!
First car was a beautiful (at the time), used, white 1972 Satellite Sebring. Rather underpowered, but hey-it was my first! Last (first) corvette is my C7. I have looked at them for years, but the C7 was the first generation that made me pull the trigger!
My first car was a 1967 Jeepster Commando convertible with a Buick V8. Owned it for 14 years but sold it to buy a 1954 Hudson Hornet I sold to buy the 2014 Vette.
