What year is your car?

My '14 doesn't have anything like what you describe.

Love that you have not received an accurate response before now:

It's the little "window" that shows what your cruise control is set at.

Thought that is what he meant but how can you set it a zero? Car stopped, cruise control on, push set and still just 3 bars under where the set speed will be!

Pic didn't help! Still not sure how cruise control got set at zero! OP, that is NOT a clock it is a speedometer representation! Hit cruse control button and when it's on the ICON appears. As I said, I just tried and with the car running but stopped when I have the cruise control ICON on and hit set it does not show 0, just the 3 bars under where the crusie speed will appear. I have a 2017 so it could be different.

Mine was accurate . '14s do not show what speed your CC is set at. When setting or changing speed, a message briefly appears on the DIC. The icon shows up in white when turned on and shows up green when set.

Not saying it should not, just that I could not make it display on my 2017! What year do you have? When you cycle the cruise control on-off button it should do what yours is doing the speedometer ICON comes and goes. Would be logical to have 0 if it could be set at low speed but the Owner's Manual says it can be set above 25 mph! Pressing my + and - does not make it change when stopped!

When you set a speed it should put the set speed on the 3 lines to the right of the speedometer ICON.

There are all kinds of subtle differences in displays between various MYs. Not everyone can be familiar with all of them.

For example, this display was new in 2018, and I was delighted to find it.

Maybe a crazy question, but have you used and set cruise control before? Maybe when it first turns on, it defaults to zero. Does it show the speed you have set when CC is engaged?

On my '16 the speed I set the CC shows right where your (0) is. I don't ever remember it having an (0) there. Wish I could help you more.

Don't overthink this....

When you have the cruise control set it will reflect what you have it set at, whether it's engaged or not. When you start the car it resets to zero...... at least that's how my '15 has worked for the past 69,xxx miles...

In my 16, that's where it says the set cruise control speed. Ive never seen a 0 but I've never tried to do that either.

Yep. I never turn my cruise control off. Always has a "0" when I restart the car until I set a new speed.

Usually the number to the right of the cruise control speedometer is what the cruise control is set to.

Since you haven't set the cruise, it may just default to 0 on a 2016.

My 2017 just shows 2 dashes (--) until I've used the cruise.
