THANKS SLO JOE for YOUR weather Report.
Sunny, dry and +70°F in Dallas, Texas today. Yes, I drove my beautiful new 2017 vert with the top down. As I plan to drive it tomorrow with the top down as well.

It has sucked to be in the northeast this winter - you guys can't catch a break with all the snow.

It snowed here in Central Ohio yesterday, and temps in the next few days will not get above 40, so my 2017 Z06 with 1,000 miles on it will continue to sit in the garage.

However, by next week I think that temperatures are supposed to rise into the 50's, so there is hope that Spring is here to stay!

About three weeks ago here in MN a lot of the snow was gone but then we received two storms that built it up again. Sunny today, but only in the upper 30's so not a lot of melting. Probably the end of March for the C7 to hit the road. Potholes abound-had to replace a runflat tire on my ATS two weeks ago-at least not the wheel as well. My '84 is going to be in the World of Wheels show in Mpls. next weekend and I've already arranged for it to be hauled there-just can't trust March weather in MN!

It's been brutally cold and sunny in Dallas, Texas both Monday and Tuesday - 60° as a high temperature.

You have the solution! Move to a town that has "FL". after the comma. My convertible never sleeps down here and I'm in the tundra area of Florida!

Man, March has come in as a lion in the Northeast!

As a young lad growing up on the Plains of Nebraska, inclement Winter weather was earnestly hoped for.

Flip side of living in the Sunbelt, is the seemingly endless heat and humidity suffered every year. Then, there's ALL (4) varieties of North American indigenous poisonous snakes to navigate around. Saving grace, is the Corvette that can easily be driven most of the year.

Dale, hope you get your power back shortly. My road is across the street from a fire station so maybe that has something to do with why we have not lost power for more than a minute in the last 3 storms. That Boston skyline looked very weak back in the 70's.

I got a great deal on a '17 last Fall. Traded my '15 C7 convertible.
I drove it from the dealer and it has 38 miles on it!
I put it away as a new car and now it's 2 years old!! With 38 miles!!
I knew this would happen but why did Chevy screw up the model years?
The used cars all depreciated a year early and dealers are stuck with inventory-new and used.
We have more weeks of crap weather ahead. I refuse to drive the C7 in the crap. Saving if for the next owner, just like I always do.
I know I can move south. Im shopping for a house in FL.
I grew up in upstate NY so I feel your pain. You gotta get out of there so you can enjoy the new ride! I live in LA now, new GS last May and 5k sunny miles.

We had only 1/2" of snow here in my area of N.E. Ohio last night but the crews put down another 1/2" of salt on top of what was already there. I expect the snow to be gone long before all the salt is washed off the roads here. Unfortunately my Corvette doesn't leave the garage until all the salt is gone. Oh well!

Mine also will mot leave the garage until a couple of good rain storms wash the salt and sand away.
