Proof positive that's when you screw someone once it will bite you in the *** for a while.
I'm not a dan fan to say the least.

It was a long time ago, a transaction handled poorly by vendor. Poor quality on the item delivered and poor customer service/follow up.
Not sure about the dispute thread, but being a forum vendor should not insulate you from critique.

I am not even sure what this is all about. I would sincerely appreciate if somebody would contact me before bashing me in a public forum that I pay a lot of money to advertise on. I’ve been in business over 15 years and I have over 2000 cars insulated with our insulation kits. I do not know what exactly you’re speaking of but feel free to call me at 407-221-8040 or email sales@ExoticVette.com. I do not screw people over. My satisfaction rate with my products as well above 99% which is extremely rare in any market. You cannot make everyone happy all of the time but I pride myself and taking care of my customers.

I don’t know with this one guy is talking about that is bad mouthing me, however just do a search of my insulation kits on this form and I guarantee you will find many many positive reviews from both customers that I have installed the kits on and Even more that have done the install themselves or had it done.As far as I know there is not a better insulation kit on the market for the Corvette. After 15+ years I know what I’m talking about

Thank you for posting this thread. Exotic Vette (and me, Crazy Cowboy) do not charge $1000+ to do an install...! If you read this thread, it praises Exotic Vette and our insulation kit. Our prices are, and always have been, very fair and reasonable for the product you get or the service you receive. I wouldn’t be around in business this long otherwise

Here’s a link to our kits for the C7 Corvette. The best performing and most bang-for-your-buck kits on the market:

Crazy Cowboy, Are all the insulation pieces pre-cut for easier install? Thanks for your time/reply..

so basically you brought an old issue into an unrelated thread.

we have a specific forum for transaction disputes and feedback on vendors and members, no one is sheltered, the rules are pretty specific and have been in place for quite some time. You have been here for going on 14 years you should know this by now.

the heavy extreme material is cut into sheets and is quite easy to cover with. The top layer (second layer) is pre-cut. On the extreme kit the Hale act material sheets generally are cut in half or 1/3 or 1/4 to cover the areas needed. On the double extreme kit you will be cutting more small pieces to cover all the smaller areas. The Double Extreme kit is more time consuming to install but you get what you put in. To cut and label all those pieces would be more time consuming to install than cutting small pieces for the areas that remain after the large sheets. If you check out the video link on the website it shows the double extreme kit pieces first layer. That was about a 1-2 hour job before putting down the pre-cut top layer.

OP: this link provides before/after measurements from my install on our '15 Z51. Liked the results so much I also installed on our '17 GS. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...surements.html

For the negative post on Crazy Cowboy: I have no idea what it's referring to. I've made 3 purchases from him - - each was perfect; answered questions quickly; fast shipment; quality products. A+ in my book.

Best, Paul

I did a C6. Is the C7 harder (for anyone who has done both)?
Anyone?
