OK. Here's what you do. All the cars have multiple "Do not Touch" signs around them. Your "Guide for the Day" will be standing by your car waiting for you to show up. When you walk in, don't rush to the car. Just stroll to the car next to yours and pretend to look at it closely. Next go to your car and do the same thing. You look at your Guide (He'll be wearing a red shirt) and just nod and look away to the car. Next you look back at him with no expression, reach out, and TOUCH THE CAR. A palm print on the trunk would be perfect. See what he does. if you happen to get a big guy named John, he'll remember a year ago. Tell him "Hi" for me.

I saw your car in the pre delivery section when I picked mine up on Friday. Beautiful car!

not much more than a pretty good once over, I was very satisfied with my 2014 that was prepped by museum and I anticipate this one will only be better. Maybe I’m wrong but I think the combination of the museum delivery cars going down the assembly line marked as a museum delivery car and the museum delivery prep helps deliver a better car.

Thanks, I’m really happy with how it came out and I’m sure it will look better in person. The interior is black with red stitching and seat belts so I think it will all tie together nicely.

Whoa! Museum is closing and people still taking picture of your car. You should charge them $5 for each picture.

I like that idea, gas money for the drive home!

Beautiful car! As for people taking pics of it, encourage it. Let others enjoy it by proxy.

And NO, you won't get a moment of sleep between now and Thursday.

Congratulations! My '17 GS was also in the Delivery 4 spot when I took delivery last April. Have a phenomenal time! Do you already have mapped out where to do your 500 mile oil change?

no, I’m going to drive her back and do it around 900 miles. I will hit the 500 on the weekend and I’ve already discovered that at least the local dealers I’ve talked to don’t yet have the 0 weight oil in stock yet.

Good advice and I will try counting Corvettes rather than sheep to get some sleep!

Congratulations to an awesome experience! We took museum delivery of our 2015 Torch Red Z51 on September 5, 2014. Would do it again in a heartbeat. I too was worthless from a work perspective as I couldn’t stop watching the live cam until we got there. Soak it up and enjoy my friend!

hahaha perfect, My dad did this with a boat he bought, except he walked into the back acting all casual, looked at the techs prepping it and said "nice boat" tech said "yeah guy that bought this one is pretty lucky" dad walked outside for a few minutes then back in and started pulling the big vinyl logos off of it, tech came in and saw him and started yelling " whoa whoa what are you doing, the owner is coming for this today" My dad said" actually he is here, and he bought a boat, not a bill board, so unless four Winns is paying me for advertising I think this looks better hahah" Everyone had a good laugh. Whats even funnier is 20 years later the techs niece became my wife, we went up to his house one day for a picnic and he looked at my big black duramax and said " hey I like the truck, I see you took off most of the badges and logos, must get that from your dad" LOL
