What am I missing here?...why no kit for the front fascia (some might call it the front "bumper") from the hood gap down to the grill, and around to both front wheel arches. That's the most important area!

I think the Vendor is focused on the "DIY" portion of the product. I had XPEL applied to the nose of my car...after watching the guy (for hours) with his experience and tools there is no way I would undertake that project on my own. The pieces sold here work great for the smaller areas that get chipped...Just my .02 but if you want to protect the front, which I agree takes a pounding, get XPEL or another comparable product professionally installed.

N875ED you're not missing anything. Actually there are areas that get hit with way more rocks then the nose/bumper..... more on that in a sec..
Dundon929 is correct. Since 1996 we have focused on creating paint protection kits that you can apply yourself. No one cares as much or will give the TLC you would to your own car which makes these kits so appealing. These are not generic kits that professionals can pull stretch and cut to look great. We design our own kits. The pieces are made so they almost fall into place. Easy application.

The nose is full of compound curves. Its pretty difficult to work around that HOWEVER, we are working on a nose kit. Im designing it so it has the most coverage while not being hard to apply. Once I give it a thumbs up on my end and I'm confident its simple to apply, we typically reach out to a forum member to try it out and give us feedback .If its all good (usually is by that point ) ..we release it!
I know having the nose done (or any part) at a shop is expensive and time consuming but we trying to get this kit done asap.

The nose is important BUT the other area's we have already designed protection (lower rocker, upper fenders..etc) get hammered! The film once applied is invisible. High gloss. Stain resistant. Repairs itself. Easy to maintain, simply treat it like your paint (wash and wax it). When you remove it many years from now, leaves no residue

Just worked for an hour trying to cover the passenger mirror with this and when the top is smooth the bottom wrinkles. Then fix the bottom and the top wrinkles. Grrrr

Great speaking with you today. The problem why your mirror kit film kept "popping" up and wrinkling is because you tried to apply the film over a ceramic coating. This film nor any paint protection film will adhere to those coatings.

The reason the other Cleartastic kit went on with no problem is because it was applied to a flat surface and not a compound curve (like the mirror). It did not need to stick as much for the application.

Since paint protection films protect better then a coatings, most look to have the coatings removed in the areas they want protected. I don't know how to remove the ceramic coating. you would have to speak to the manufacture or the company that applied it. If you have it removed, contact us and we will work out getting you fresh new pieces.

Getting there. Just ran the first (of many) test pieces. I like what I see. Working on the sides. We will have this out asap but I have to make sure its right.
