Default Did anyone go for a nice drive this weekend?

It was a beautiful day in sunny AZ, went for a nice drive up the mountain, how about everyone else?

It was a nice sunny day. Roads were salt free. Drove to dads house. Man! Gotta love heated seats. Heated seats, Touring steering, touring shocks, Sport Exhaust and just relax. Listen to some music ...

I put almost 300 miles on my C7 last weekend! Even though there were winter storms happening in areas just a few hours away from me, it was nice and sunny here. My wife and I went for a little road trip to check out this little town that has an old fashioned service station that's great for photo ops.

Salt all over the road in NJ so I sat in my car last weekend and pretended to drive-does that count?

How cool.

In my previous post I thought about asking if you were on your 3rd oil change yet but figured you had probably heard that already

We have a few of those old stations outside Chicago.

The roads in my area are still covered with salt brine, but I wanted to play, so I backed the car out of the garage, washed it, and tried a new spray-on wax. We are supposed to get some rain this week, so hopefully by the weekend, I'll be able to go for a ride.

If I could get my hands on some Mobil 1 0w40 ESP I'd probably be doing a second oil change very soon!

We finally got a break from all of the rain in southern Cal. Took the GS to Summerland, then went to Ohai. We finally hit 500 miles. The GS was in for service yesterday. She is all ready for the next adventure!!

Prosper, TX to Ardmore, OK and back with the roof off on Saturday. It was a beautiful sunny day in the 70's; perfect excuse to go for a drive to find some good BBQ!

I took a little spin today. Had to. Car has been sitting in garage since November. It was 48 degrees and cloudy in South Jersey. I pulled it out and gave it a quick wipe down with Chemical Guys V7 quick detailer and hit the road. Rode through the Pine Barrens and then stopped at this little place that is very popular with bikers and 4 wheeler's in the pines.
