Default TC replacement

My car is going in for the TC replacement, I understand that a lot of the back end of the car comes apart to do this job. My question is does the dealer have to remove the fuel tanks when this job is done? I didnt want to top off the car if the tanks need to be removed?

Why would you even think about taking car for repair with full tanks?

What is TC? Traction control?

Just make sure theres adequate fuel in it for a proper road test before and after the work is done.

I think the answer to the question is that the drive train can be removed without taking out the tanks.

If they will be doing a ride-height adjustment or alignment, both of those should be done with full fuel.

You can ask them to add ballast weight in the trunk and hope they do it right, or add weight yourself and hope they don't move it.
I'm lazy, I just fill up before that kind of work.
