22" in the last two days here in WI. Expecting another 10" today and tonight. 21°F today. Was thinking of putting insurance back on and getting them out on May 1. Well, that'll have to wait for about a month more now.

Problem with the sand and salt I like to get a nice rain to wash it off. Looks like be awhile for that to happen. I farm and the corn is usually in the ground by now. Mother Nature????

It's no better in the far northeast corner of New York. 4 inches of snow yesterday, freezing rain today ! The month of April so far has sucked. Stingray still covered in garage......

I put insurance on my Corvette the first of the month and I think I drove it twice. We had a couple real nice days but the weather turned in a hurry. It will melt quickly this late in the year.

Melting Slicks
We had 12-15" in the Twin Cities area over the weekend and more is now forecast for Wednesday! May 1st is now my target date for starting the insurance, but no guarantees. Partial sunshine today which helps, but this stuff won't be gone by the weekend...shaping up to be a short Summer already.

I traded Iowa climate for Tennessee climate and it was the best thing I ever did. (other than marry my wife of 49 years) FWIW not all Texas has brutal hot temps in the summer, Texas is a huge state, and there are many climates in various sections of the state.
