Default Program key fob 2015 Corvette

after winter storage car does not recognize either fob. tried to follow manual but message im supposed to see in DIC does not come up after turning key five time in place above license plate

Fobs never become randomly unprogrammed (unpaired), so whatever is going on it's not going to be helped by reprogramming. That will most likely make the problem worse.

My guess is a weak fob battery. Try changing it.

Just happened to me after winter storage. Dealer changed both batteries and reprogrammed under warranty, no charge. No issues now.

OR, you can change the FOB battery in both FOBs.

Programming is totally unnecessary.

I bought 2 batteries from Walmart for $4.75 and problem solved. Thank you.
