Default *Corvette Bash pic/ 2 NEW Colors~ from Mike Furman@Criswell Chevrolet~301-212-4420

~The saying goes that a picture is worth a thousand words...well...take a look at over 150 pics from this weeks Corvette Bash...two new colors announced...tons of Corvettes on display, history... and best of all...Corvette friends that are all enthusiasts for a Lifetime.

The 2019 ZR1 was the star of the Event.

JW brought his 1963 GS Tribute car from Lawton, OK and it was awesome.

NOS 1969 L88 engine.

Adam Boca surrounded by the best of the best, Richard and Betsy from Adam's Polishes.

1958 vin #002. The radio had to be retrofitted as it was such an early model.

Cool story about the original emblem. The US flag was not allowed to be used so the quick change was made. This is the only remaining 1953 emblem that was banned from production.

I am standing with Keith the Corvette Blogger from Florida and John E. from Oregon.

Before the wing gets installed. No is the answer...You should not switch wings per Tadge, Kai and Harlan.

Me and Gentle Ben.

Derek Moore, National Corvette Museum Curator...extraordinarily talented. I was able to speak with him at length several days.

Betty Hardison in action.

1965/66 Teakwood steering wheel....NOS. Try to find another one.

My NY customer Margaret, took delivery on Monday of this beauty and is having Plycar ship it to her home. Arctic White, Blue top and two tone red interior...and Z07!

Elkhart Lake Blue and Shadow Gray.

Kevin Mackay of Long Island.

The King of Kansas Radio... Steven B.

Mark discussing his knowledge of the 1987 Yugo.

Harlan Charles.

Jw and his awesome machine.

Dave Tatman, former Corvette Plant Mgr.

Kai Spande, current Corvette Mgr.

Home away from Home. I'm a Lifetime member and an Ambassador of the Museum.

...But good to get home to my '67 Corvette.

Brian Guardiani from Autoworks in Connecticut built it then sold it to Rick Costa in California. I bought it from Rick in January. Keven Mackay was at the Bash and spent about a half hour with me going over my car. He said it was the most correct replica he has ever seen! WOW!!!

Good to see you this weekend Mike; great pictures! I've shown Beth my photos of the new Sebring Orange and she is talking a "Hers" convertible...$$$$$!

Here is a photo I took of the new Elkhart Lake Blue against a Laguna Blue car. Note Harlan's reflection in the piece he is holding. This new blue is a little more purple than Laguna.

Yes - it's almost blue. Reminds me of Night Race Blue, coolest Corvette color ever sprayed on fiberglass / nano-composite !!
