New shoes
After adding an A&A kit last summer, my search for more traction has finally led me to a set of lightly used HRE's I got from C7&7 here. I had tried a set of slightly wider TSW's which were very nice but the offsets didn't allow me to go any wider than stock without rubbing issues - thus, the HRE's. These look very similar to the TSW Nurburgring style I had but the quality is turned up quite a bit. The TSW's (almost brand new) are on their way to a new owner.
C7&7 gave me a great deal on these and the width increase is pretty amazing. They are 285/25/20 front and 375/20/21 rear.
. . . And they fit on my Z51 Stingray. No rubbing, guys. Granted, I had to raise it back up a bit (had it lowered all the way on stock bolts) but the extra meat is well worth it. HRE really knows their offsets.
Unfortunately, one of the rears showed up with a small gouge in the sidewall that had not made itself known until I mounted the setup yesterday so a new set of 355/25/21 Pirelli's is on it's way to replace the rears - I don't want to take any chances as this is my daily driver. 375's are no longer available, so I opted for 355's - hopefully, they will allow me to drop it back down a little.
Enough jabber - on to the pics.

Former vendor here that is not far from me (in Big Bear) gel-coated/baked/polished them. He did my C5 years ago and I contacted him about my C7 lights a couple of years ago and he agreed to do them and my markers. I no longer run the side markers he did for me at the same time as I'm running the aftermarket units you see now. He charges a lot less than the overlays that are sold for the rears.

You’re gonna have to raise it all the way up with those 355s. They are too tall and rub front and rear of the wheel openings moreso than the the top or inside. You’d be better of going down to the 325/25R21 Pirelli P Zero

These look great. The finish compliments the color of your car perfectly.

Thanks. I calculated the new height and figured I could raise the car some more but don't really want to do that so a 325/25 it is.

Awesome choice in wheels and plenty of rubber to meet the road now.
