Default Picked up a new stablemate for the Vette

I just traded in my 16 ScatPack Challenger for a 18 Camaro. I really liked my Challenger, but it just squealed the tires all the time. It also handled like the heavy pig that it was . The back seat was quite a bit bigger and it had a trunk. My Camaro is a vert and has even less room in the trunk than my vert Vette. It is still working as a kiddo hauler for me. The Camaro is more refined like my vette. I have always loved the MRC and dual mode exhaust on the vette. I have both options on my Camaro as well. Here are a couple pictures of my new girl:

Nice red accents on the Camaro interior.

Great looking Camaro. When I went to Ron fellows in April I rented a base Camaro vert while I was in NV for some fun spirited driving off the track and to see the area. Got to say it's 100x better then the previous gen Camaro. While just a vary basic model she was fun.

Death valley in my rental.<br/>

Enjoy that new ride, both great choices.

I really like that color on your vette. What does the 1 stand for on the Camaro? Is the camaro a 1LT or ZL1?

I rented a hard top, same color. Suspension got real unsettled and squirmy after 110, but otherwise it was fine. I'm not a fan of the interior at all (especially the HVAC controls being on the vents and the passenger side dash) but the exterior is gorgeous.

I haven't had mine up that high yet, but I would imagine the Magnetic Ride Control would smooth out the suspension just fine. It works really well. MRC probably not optioned on a rental. Not a big fan of the controls or vents myself, but they are growing on me

As long as you can fit your kids in, great. Challenger is (essentially) a slightly shortened Charger and as such a roomy cruiser suitable for the interstate. It's not really equivalent to Camaro, which would become obvious if you parked it next to Camaro.
