New car in less than 48hrs!
I’m scoopin it up at the corvette museum Saturday morning. They have webcams on the cars waiting to be delivered/picked up by their new owners and I keep checking every thirty minutes as the new cars are staged hoping to get an early glimpse and my ride! The anticipation is building! If you see a silver grandpsort with yellow calipers, that’s the one!

Congrats. I managed to be looking at the Boulevard Cam when my car was brought in and parked in #3. It was pretty amazing to stare at the car on the cams for a couple of weeks and then see it in person

Oh wow, they put yours in front of the cams weeks early? I've seen 4 c7's come and go over the last few days. The last one left an hour ago and now they have a bunch of c5's on display now for some event they're doing. Hoping to see mine brought out some time today or tomorrow!

Yeah, they weren't happy about it. They told me GM "wants those cars moved." But logistically I couldn't just drop everything and run. The car got built a whole lot faster than I expected. Awesome experience, though. I walked to the car as if I were just looking. They've got "Do not touch" signs all over the place. My guy for the day was waiting for me to arrive at 10:00 am. I just nodded to him, then reached over and put my hand on the trunk. His reaction was really funny. He was about to admonish me not to touch when he finally figured it out. It was a good day.
BTW, Drury is a good place to stay, just up the road.
