Trick to remove exhaust gasket
I would like to reuse the stock donut exhaust gasket that goes between the exhaust manifold and the stock mid-pipe. It’s on there pretty good. Any thoughts

I installed a Borla X pipe (#60547) and was able to easily remove and reuse the stock donuts. Just tap them with a flat screw driver where they meet the flange. 
Oh, I just reread your post and understand you're having trouble removing them. Again, I'd use a large bladed screw driver and pry them a bit around the flange to get them moving. I guess a little WD40 wouldn't hurt if they're being really difficult.
