Would like to see what people chose as their enclosed trailer for hauling around there Z06. The kind of info I am looking for:
Brand: (Look, Cargo Express, Haulmark....)
Length: (20, 24...)
Best place to buy if you happen to live in Phoenix AZ area.
Thanks for any help.

I bought a custom built 20' with tandem 4000 Dexter Axles.
It had a Xtra wide rear 7' long ramp door (96" Clearance) with 2' Flaps
Also a NASCAR escape 5' door on Drivers side.
Four foot Wide RV/Motorhome other side door
Xtra Height 7
Custom Lowered frame to help with loading my Z06 Stage 2 without ramps.
225/15 Radial Tires
Four D rings/LED Lights/Vents
It weighs 2,980 lbs with a finished wall interior full height
I have put over 25,000 Miles on it with no problems!
I was about $8,800.00 Out the Door and built
in around 10 days.
.
He is about 200 Miles North of Phoenix
on AZ/NV. State Line.
Boulder City Trailers
They are on the Internet
Jon is the owner and a successiful racer himself

This is what I have, except mine is white. I use this for more than just the car so you might not need something this tall if you only plan on using it for the car.

I have a Pace GT Shadow that I'm going to sell (ask around, they're the best of the lot). It's in Tucson. It's 23'8".
Paneled inside (white) and diamond plate. Very nice shape with new tires and wheel bearing service. Optional large door on left(rare), regular entry door on right. I used it just in area to haul my C5Z06 race car with tools, extra wheels and tires, and a pit bike. Heavy duty winch installed. Only reason I'm selling is because it doesn't look like I'll be getting into racing any time soon. $6500. ($14K new). If you are interested, I'll get my partner to call you and set up a viewing and send some pix. I'm in Colorado, but my partner can handle everything. I will also list it with ArizonaCorvetteRacing. PM me and I'll give you phone numbers to call.
Cheers,
CV

Everyone has differing opinions. We pull with ours with a 2018 Tundra 4WD Crew Max. This is what we bought after researching for four-months.
2017 8.5’ x 24’ ATC Raven Car Hauler Plus (purchased Feb. 2018)
All Aluminum (light weight, no rust)
16” O/C Walls, Floor, Ceiling
9990# GVWR
5200# Dexter Torsion, 42” Spread Axles, EZ Lube, Electric Brakes (less bounce, heavy duty wear and tear)
5000# Tongue Weight
225/75R15 Tires on Aluminum Wheels
Premium Escape Door Driver’s Side (opens vertically, removable fender box so car door doesn’t hit)
Beaver Tail (enhances better ‘angle of attack’ entry into trailer)
Recessed 5000# D-Rings
Front Cabinets (holds all our Race Ramps, Tie Down Straps, Car Accessories, Emergency Road kit, etc.)
36” x 78” Side Entry Door w/hold back fastener
Bogey Wheel Casters (had to purchase separately and have TIG welded on bottom rear)
Screwless Exterior
24” Steel Gravel Guard w/J channel
Brushed Steel Corners, Front and Perimeter, Radius
Many more items but these were most important for us. If we had to do it over, again, we would upgrade to 16” tires/wheels, a triple tongue, recessed floor and wall track, and more heavy duty black coin rubber flooring. Initially, we considered 20’ & 22’ sizes but after researching and reading searchable posts on this forum, we decided on 24’. As one forum member said, “When have you ever heard someone say my garage is too big?” It’s really nice to have extra room at front and rear to attach tie down straps. Especially, since OldViperDriver and I need it to maneuver around the floor!
One piece of advice we were given: If you plan on keeping trailer a while, and putting some road warrior miles on it, spend the extra money to buy a quality built trailer that will last. Good luck with your decision.

I have a Featherlite 27 foot, pulls like a dream, all aluminum, aircraft tie downs with Mac's wheel nets. Only challenge with a Z06 is climbing out the window opening or having the roof off after loading! Im in Fountain Hills AZ and bought mine from a dealer in CA after searching the web for the best price with free delivery

I have to agree with AZFAST1, I love my Featherlite. Mine is a 24’ and tows like a dream. When I was researching trailers, I compared it other non-aluminum ones and it was about 1,000 lbs lighter. That allows you to carry an extra 1,000 in payload. Also, aluminum doesn’t rust! My trailer (pictured above) is 20 years old. I purchases it new in 1998 and, when not in use, it has been stored outside with a fitted cover it’s entire life - in mid Atlantic weather. Beside regular maintenance, all I have done to it is keep it clean, waxed, and replaced the wheels and tires. The key has been the fitted cover. They are $300 - $400 and I’m on my 3rd. As for loading the car, I always do so with the top off so I t’s easy to get in and out of. As for towing, I have load levelers and an anti-sway bar system which bakes it tow even better. They are a little more expensive than some but worth every penny.
