Lightweight cotton / flannel INDOOR Dust Cover
I'm having a hard time finding an INEXPENSIVE, lightweight cotton/flannel dust cover for our GS.
I already have a high quality outdoor, heavier duty CoverCraft Evolution for use on road trips, but I want a LOOSE fitting, NON STRETCH dust cover to use in the garage.
In yesteryear, I used to have a "California Car Cover" I used on StreetRods that was just like what I want, but I can't seem to find anything that sounds like that anywhere.
Anyone know of something, besides sewing some bed sheets together? It can be a "generic" type cover, not specific for the Vette.
Thanks,

Just curious, what you have against stretch/fitted covers?

I'm drinking my coffee but glad I didn't laff out loud at the "bed sheets" part. Still, I've done that in the past and it really worked well.
About the only place I can think of to try is possibly MidAmerica Corvette, now called something else on the internet. Maybe autoanything, too???
Short of those two, I'd think the rest are into the fitted thing which is ok but not as easy as the bed sheets being as light as they are---even 540 thread count cotton from Costco .

I've been happy with the Dustop on my '17 GS. Offers some protection against bumps in the garage as opposed to the stretch type.

Thanks Mako !
I'll check it out. Is it soft on the inside, like flannel or something?
Looks like it's made by the same folks as my Block it Evolution... CoverCraft.

No flannel on the inside. Here's a pic of the outside and inside.
I bought it on sale from a forum vendor but I cannot remember from whom.

Thank you..... as they say...... picture worth a thousand words.
It looks like a lighter version of what I currently have.

I'm looking for the same thing and have had the same problem finding one. Want something really soft, light and loose fitting.

I personally like the soft stretchy kind....easy to put on and off, very light and compact when removed. Very soft inside too. Not for outside use though. Like the one below.....your C7 would be $169 I think.

OK..... perhaps I'll have to consider a stretchy one, as long as it's very lightweight and soft. Again, JUST want something for dust in the garage.
So what is an inexpensive option ?
Right now, the car is sitting in the garage while we're gone for 2 weeks with the Block it Evolution Outdoor cover on it..... would prefer to have just a very light weight something....

I went with Satin Stretch cover cost 119.00 on E bay came with storage bag . I had same cover for my 04 and after 8 years still looks great. Soft and lightweight. NOT a loose fitting cover fits like a glove!

I've been thinking about buying 2 king size Charmuese Satin sheets sets and having the flats sewn together. I think I'd rather have something that just lays over car with no elastic.

I hear you..... that's what prompted me to start this thread.
I used to have a very loose fitting, super lightweight cotton/flannel car cover for my street rod. Only good indoors, which is what I want again.
Just toss it on and there was no elastic but it covered completely. Super soft and easy to deal with. Can't seem to find such a thing any longer.

Reminds me of the cheap Canadian moron that paid $80K, plus tax for a new C7, then can't put gas in it - because the gas is $6.00 gal. Effin Bozo sob.
I use a JC Whitney custom car cover for my Corvette. No, it wasn't free.

Hell dude I'll pay for the type of cover I want. Not looking for anything free just looking for what I want. In fact I'd pay a lot more than any cheap *** JC Whitney cover if it's what I'm looking for.
